The right place to stay in San Jose. There are so many good things to stay about this place. The best thing about this place is the sheer elegance and the greatest and the best Customer Service. The people here are adorable and very prompt in their customer service and go out of their way to help you out in providing the best customer service. The hospitality is amazing and so is their food at teh restaurant and the room service. Ample parking space. Bill rate is a little high for a place like San Jose but so worth it.

I've stayed at the Wyndham twice for the past few years. The hotel is not a bad choice for the price. The hotel looks good outside and lobby is nice. The restaurant is also quite good. The rooms are decent, but nothing special. It is clean and comfortable, but slightly worn and old. The hotel location is close to the airport and freeways but not close to restaurants or shopping center.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are GORGEOUS. I loved staying here!

I had booked through Priceline or Hotwire (don't remember which) with them, and for some reason the hotel didn't have my reservation. The clerk spent almost 30 minutes on the phone clearing it up for me, which speaks well for the staff (and poorly on the Priceline/Hotwire booking situations). So it's best to book directly with the hotel.

PROS: Great rooms, great staff
CONS: Book directly for best check in service
