This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. I have had better experiences at a Motel 6. There was no Wi-Fi (Which caused us to have to do our computer work at a local restaurant, causing my daughter to be up too late), & the TV in our room did not work. My daughter was sick in the night (due to being up too late) and I told the front desk the next morning that the housekeeping staff needed to clean the, that the TV needed to be fixed, and that we needed Wi-Fi in order to keep up with assignments from work. We got back that evening and the room still stank of vomit, the TV was still broken and the Wi-Fi was still down. I went to the front desk to complain. I wanted a reduction in our rate (Wi-Fi was promised to us. The paper that I received at check in said it was available and no one told us at check in that it was down.) They moved us to another room but said that they had no authority to reduce the rate. We got to the other room and the TV was broken in that room. We complained again and they were able to get us a new TV. . . However, I am still VERY VERY unhappy with our stay. I have been a loyal customer of Ramada over the years and have NEVER had such a bad stay.

My husband and I just stayed at the Ramada Inn-Anaheim Conv Ctr location this weekend for going to Disneyland. James, the front desk gentleman, was extremely helpful. We asked to change rooms for a different view he did so right away and even upgraded us without any reason to do so - WOW, now that doesn't happen every day - a nice check-in person and gives you something extra!!!

Rooms are great and spacious - we definitely weren't expecting a living room area with a couch AND a bedroom connected with a window in front and in back - micro and fridge and a cool bar area.

Parking was good and the area was well lit.

The breakfast is just continental - so if you want more than cereal (two kinds of cereal/oatmeal, etc.), bagels/cream cheese, muffins, pastries, leave the hotel and go to any of the close surrounding restaurants. There's also a Carl's Jr., within one block, and Taco Bell close by as well as a McDonald's up the street of more than a little walking distance but still close.

All in all, a great place to stay if you're visiting the Anaheim area. Oh, and Disneyland's about 1.5 miles away - the parking garage is a little further but not by much. The hotel has a service to buy a ride to the park as well.

Check it out you won't be disappointed!
Thanks!
