I am amazed!
My Service adviser is: Bob (Hutch) Green and he treats and take care of all my needs without any hassles.
So easy to make an appointment and to explain to him what on my vehicle needs attention.
I am someone who while dedicated to GM, is more likely to find a private mechanic when it comes to taking care of my vehicle. Reason for this is that I am very particular about the people who touch or work on my vehicle. In my mind, GM dealerships do not dedicate a particular mechanic to a particular customer, so you get someone who cares about their job but not so much the customer’s vehicle.
Well I am here to tell you that Bob (Hutch) Green has put that rumor to bed.
He is very dedicated to making sure my vehicle is taking care of and properly serviced.
He makes suggestions and guides me thru the process. Very happy having this gentleman in my corner. I will be a GM customer as long as there are Service Advisers with the caliber of: Bob (Hutch) Green. Thank you Hutch!

On a recent trip from San Jose to San Diego, my 2008 GMC Acadia broke down. I brought it in to North County Buick and found out my SUV had a slew of issues. The fact of the matter is, it had been having problems for a couple of years however upon taking it to other GMC dealerships with no resolution it was only a matter of time. Brian my amazing service representative was very friendly and helpful in explaining the depth of problems my vehicle was having. Fortunately I had an extended warranty which Brian believed should cover most of the problems I was having. I was told it would take about a week and a half and was provided a loaner during this time, which was unexpected as no other dealer had ever taken care of me this way. Unfortunately what we came to find out is that this extended warranty company had essentially ripped me off and only covered less than 1/5 of the estimated cost. Brian did his best to work with my budget and offered me solutions, it was still incredibly expensive but I must say that thanks to the outstanding service I was given it was less painful. The car is now running much more smoothly. The battery died the following day and there is still work that I opted not to get done due to the cost, but it is up and running!

Outstanding salespeople and service department
We are now the owners of the most gorgeous white SRX 2016 Premium Package car. This SRX is the 4th car we have purchased from North County GMC-Cadillac-Buick. Debbie has been our salesperson... however, the title salesperson does not begin to describe the job Debbie has done for us. Her knowledge of each of the vehicles, professional manner, and commitment to the North County dealership and her customers is outstanding - 5 STAR! Her expertise and efforts to work with us from beginning to purchase and beyond maker her an assest to the dealership and customers like us. We will remain North County customers.

I purchased a 2 year old Buick on 2/21/2014. At the time of purchase I talked to the credit manager about my credit (I had some negative credit). I described the problems I had 2 years prior and ask him for the interest rate. I realize the percentage of the loan is part of the purchase price so I asked for the APR before I negotiated the price of the car. He said based on the information I gave him I would get a rate of 3.5 to 3.7 APR. We negotiated and agreed on a final price. When I went to sign papers the interest rate was 6.95% Not the 3.5 to 3.7 I was promised. I complained and they lowered it to 6.25% I feel they use the old retail ( bait and switch). All they would offer me is "you can refinance it with a credit union or your bank. " I called their hotline to give a verbal complaint and no one was available so I left a message for a call back. More than a week passed and I received NO call. I send an email to the sales manager and NO response to date. They ask for your feedback and when you respond it goes into the IGNORE file. I would not buy another car from North County Buick, Cadillac, GMC! Bernie

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had numerous problems with them. First they put an improper color for the custom leather interior we had them do. They refused to pay to put the correct color in and it still looks bad. Then we had a problem with their alarm system not working properly (constant falses). They eventually replaced the alarm but we still get the false alarms. Finally, we came to realize that the soft top that came with the Jeep (also has a hard top) was missing $465 dollars in numerous parts required to install it. They refused to get me the parts or refund me the cost to get them. I wish I'd read all of the poor reviews about this dealership before I decided to make a purchase there.
