I definitely would not use Suzann again. I had a really bad experience with her customer service. Among other things, Suzann is not technically savvy. For example, Suzann could not explain what pixel level can and can't be sent over the internet, hence I ended up paying more than I needed to and there was no offer of reimbursement. I feel she overcharged me and didn't make any offers of restitution for her mistaken guidance.

Wanting something for nothing replied on 03/01/08 This is a classic case of a customer wanting something for nothing. We wrote 4 contracts for her in trying to please her. Virginia thinks she can order custom work, have the work begin, and cancel. We did excellent work for her. We went way beyond the contract, and gave extra time, effort and images taken. The work was spellbinding. This is an example of a greedy customer who treats people horribly, lying about every detail. She is very savvy, if she had any case at all, even in the slightest, she would have pursued it legally. She was told that we could not tell her exactly how many pixels can be transmitted over the internet as each server is different. She purchased internet images, and now finds that her full image transmitted to someone, we in fact told her that. Our reputation is steller, and we are very professional. The only thing that would have made her happy would have been full money back, and give her the images for nothing. She used lying & verbal attacks, but when we met with her in person and she saw the finished work, she couldn't have been happier, and even said wanted to order more. We believe she copied the work and now wants money back.
Our friends have had pictures done at Suzann Photography and when I saw the pictures - I was truly impressed. What a quality - great colors, great paper, very nice prints. I highly recomend Suzann Photography.
