This is a great little health and nutrition store. They have vitamins, herbs and other products to promote good health. Wayne is extremely helpful and can guide you to what you need.

Elite Health Foods, owned and operated by Wayne Douglas, was recommended to me by my son's Nuro Muscular Therapist. Wayne is world class, in fact, there are only 5 people in the entire world that does what he does. He is an ex-chemistry and science professor who has been working with Elite athletes for over 30 years on natural ways to better their nutrition and overall diet, as well as take the correct, legal supplements.

I spent an hour with Wayne and he changed my approach to eating and really gave my son some excellent advise on how to develop his body as a young athlete.
