My experience qith All American Paint & Body was excellent. I was involved in a auto accident and from the day that the car was brought in and picked up. The customer service is excellent.

I just had some work done and they ended up replacing the whole fender after trying to fix it, but they kept me in the loop of what was happening. It looked great but not only that, I took it in so dirty and when I picked it up they had detailed it inside and out. It was a great job. All the employess are very nice and courteous and follow up with a call to see if you were satisfied. I highly recommend them. Not many body shops care that much and the work was done in 5 days.

My car was crashed by a teenage kid while on my way to work. To say the least, I was angry. I was sure that even though my car would be fixed it would never be the same. I was wrong. The guy who fixed my car, his name tag read Leo, did an incredible job! I can't tell that the car was ever damaged. Great job. Thanks.

They bent over backwards to get my truck finished so that I could go out on a planned camping trip, and the work was top notch. Would highly recommend.

I needed some body work done on my truck after an accident and was referred to All American by my insurance agency. Even before I had a chance to contact them, they had gotten the green light from my insurance and called me to set up a time to have me bring my vehicle in. They were extremely flexible about when I could come in and were able to commence work the same day that I came in to get my truck looked at. My estimator explained everything in detail and was great about giving me updates according to the schedule that we had agreed upon. Voila- the work was completed on time and my truck looked great. The staff even took the effort to detail it inside and out. I really appreciate the great job everyone at All American Paint and Body does.

My wife smashed up my car and I need to get the front end fixed. My co-worker recommended this auto body shop by the 163 off Kearny Mesa Rd. I was a little skeptical, but when I got the car back I was really impressed. They worked with our insurance, checked the alignment & suspension, the body work looked good as new, and they detailed the car. Over all this place had a quick turnaround and was reasonable.

I own a 2008 Lexus GX470. My insurance company sent me to a body shop on Miramar road. After taking the car back to them for five times, I asked the insurance company to send me somewhere else. I went to All American and they re-did all the work. Now the car looks and performs like factory condition. I experienced excellent customer service and professional work--fabulous. I think its because repairmen are factory trained.

We had been in a little fender bender and needed work done. We called the insurance company and All American was one of the companies that they recommended. We took the truck there the work was done on time, the staff was knowledgable and fast.

This firm was recommended by AAA, so I expected they would be very good, but their work and customer service were truly outstanding. We were kept fully informed throughout the repair process by knowledgeable and courteous staff, who always were patient with our questions, and very thorough in their responses. We brought in a '99 Honda Accord, but from the service you would have thought it was a Ferrari! When additional and separate work on the windshield was needed, the staff made all the arrangments for us and called to make sure that the windshield installer showed up on time and that the work was satisfactory. I would very comfortably recommend this firm to anyone without reservation.

I came to All American Paint&Body highly referred by a co-worker. I told her I needed to take my car to a body shop, and thats when she told me about All American Paint & Body. My experience at All American exceeded my expectations their customer service is excellent from the moment i walked in till the very last moment. They took care of all my needs and made sure i got a call to tell me the progress of my vehicle.

This place is amazing. My husband bought me a new camry and I had it for only a week when I got rear ended, I looked this place up on the internet; went over there and they took great care of me. They had excellent customer service// especially the young man that helped me with my claim . All in all I was updated frequently and well advised throughout the whole repair process. My husband could no believe how good the work was that he took his truck over there and got it fixed as well!!!!

I had the misfortune of having a front end collision in my 2002 Nissan sentra; I was referred to All American Paint and body by my insurance company. All American sent a tow truck to the scene of the accident, wrote an estimate on my vehicle, and got me to enterprise rental car within 2 hours of my collision. I was contacted
By my estimator once a week with updates on my repairs. I felt totally comfortable because was kept up to date @ all times. When the repairs where complete I was more than satisfied with the work.

Since my accident I have sent friends and family to them, and all have had a similar experience

I had my 98 Nissan truck repaired @ All American, After a very hard t bone accident. The Service I received was honest and professional. When my truck was first envolved in the accident, I was not sure that my vehicle was repairable. After receiving an estimate and an explanation of the process, my mind was put to ease. When my truck was complete, not only did it not show signs of damage but it never looked better. A week after i picked up my truck, a received a call from their receptionist asking me how my truck was doing. Thank you I will be a customer for life.

I was referred to All American after I got in an accident with my 00 GT Mustang. A friend that had gone to All American for their extensive custom paint department referred me. He paid for the work he had done out of his pocket, which was somewhere around 7k dollars. So I figured if he gave All American a chance paying out of pocket, I could definitely give them a chance going through insurance. So I started the process of repairs, which was fairly simply on my end. The estimator looking at my car answered all my questions about how to go about insurance etc. They even dropped me off and arranged a rental car for me through my insurance. I got my car back in just over two weeks and my car was better looking then before the accident. Yeah sometimes getting a hold of my estimator would take a day, but after seeing how many cars go in and out of that shop, I realized there busy and have jobs to do too. I would rather them take a little longer on my car to ensure complete safety when driving rather then getting it back in two days and having problems. And on last thing I would have never known I was in an Auto Body Shop by how immaculate there front office is. I will continue and already have passed on the good word about All American Paint & Body!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ME A NEW CAMRY AND I HAD IT FOR ONLY A WEEK WHEN I GOT REAR ENDED. I LOOKED THIS PLACE UP ON THE INTERNET;; WENT OVER THERE AND THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME. THEY HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE// ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG MAN THAT HELPED ME WITH MY CLAIM :). ALL IN ALL I WAS UPDATED FREQUENTLY AND WELL ADVISED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE REPAIR PROCESS. MY HUSBAND COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW GOOD THE WORK WAS THAT HE TOOK HIS TRUCK OVER THERE AND GOT IT FIXED AS WELL!!!!

We had a 1996 Nissan Altima which had front bumper damage, and our insurance carrier (AAA) referred us to this shop, as an honest shop with an in-shop adjuster to assess damage and determine liability - no need to visit a AAA facility. AAA has two levels of repair shops - shops they trust, and ones they don't. This is one of an elite group of shops trusted by AAA!! The repair was flawless, color match was perfect, and it was delivered on time. At no extra cost, they painted a bumper perforation from another accident with the same color-matched paint, to hide that minor problem !!

And, now that we have a newer car with 2 damages to the bumper, and it needs a new rear bumper and new bezel. I asked specifically to be referred back to that shop by AAA, so we are definitely satisfied customers !!!

I am sorry for your bad experience, we have had good experience and we are repeat customers.

I've had the misfortune of having my car stolen once and hit twice since moving to San Diego, but fortunately I've found All American Paint and Body to patch up my car. I had a bad experience with another place before following a word of mouth recommendation to this body shop. I've taken my car here twice for relatively extensive work, and each time I get my car back running as smoothly as ever and looking brand new. The mechanics are professional and quick to keep me updated on my vehicle during the repair process. Because they are contracted with 21st Century, my auto insurance company, the paperwork was minimal and any work they do for a claim has a lifetime guarantee. They also perform a test drive after repairs to check that everything is well and do a rather thorough interior and exterior detailing. Now I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
