El Patio Restaurant

by T . | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 624

When eating at El Patio Restaurant you definitely need to come with a big appetite. The burrito is huge. You definitely need to use your silverware in order to eat it. My favorite from there is the platanos.

Great Eats, Great Service

by Cheryl S. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 468

El Patio serves really tasty, authentic El Salvadorean food (and a few Mexican items for the rote eaters). The food was delicious all around but their pupusas are the bomb - especially the camarones al mojo de ajo (grilled garlic shrimp) and the platanos (fried plaintains served with with beans & sour cream)! The atmosphere is very casual and relaxing with casual conversations in Spanish ring out between servers and customers and soccer games or novellas (soap operas) on the tv or music blaring from the jukebox. The place is small but clean and very welcoming. A great place for a tasty meal at a more-than-generous reasonable cost.

Best Carne Asada

by giovannay0711

I come here almost once every month. They serve the best carne asada and pupusas here! The price is very reasonable (around $8 - 10) and the service is great. Parking can sometimes be somewhat difficult, but reasonable.

Pros: Authentic Food, Prices

Cons: Parking
