While we liked the teachers at the school, we have not been impressed by the owner of the school, who ultimately dictates how the school is managed. The owner had a bad track record of showing disrespect to parents and teachers. As such, there has been high turn over ratio of teachers and students. Furthermore, the owner is more of a business woman than an educator. Would not recommend.

PROS: good teachers;
CONS: Bad management and the Chinese teachers don't speak standard mandarin

My oldest has gone to PRINTS for 3 years now and has thrived. I recently entered my second child into the program and I am amazed at how well he is doing after just 6 months in the program. I understand it is the only remaining Montessori school with a bilingual program in the area. We are planning on sending our youngest in the fall, and are pleased with the teachers, the school and the environment.

PROS: bilingual and Montessori education
CONS: they currently have a waiting list

I have to preface this by saying that my children do not go here. But my friend raves about this school daily, so I feel qualified to recommend it on her behalf. She has 3 children and all three have entered at 18 months. They have 3 teachers in each class, one who speaks English, one who speaks Japanese, one who speaks Chinese, so they are immersed in the languages, but the kids pick one foreign language to learn. My friend is Caucasian and she said there is a pretty good mix of cultures in the students. They get enough instruction in the language to carry on an organic conversation. My friend's oldest child and a child from ISTP and a third who is a native Chinese speaker can all understand each other at playgroup (too bad 2 out of the 3 parents can't! This could get tricky!)
