5 Stars: The Best Preschool Around! (by jennifer m.)

Jennifer M.
We have been at MLC for over 10 years with all four of children attending. After looking at all the preschools in my area, I was shocked at what poor quality was available. They appeared to be staffed by a revolving assortment of 20-somethings who were not completely trained. MLC is a professional school, there is no daycare. The teachers have all been there for years, 2 of them over 15 years. My children could attend Kindergarten at their elementary school, however at this school, they get more done in 3 hours than the 6 at the other school! All my children have learned to read before 'graduating.' This is a small, personal school -just right for 3 to 5 year olds. You will consider yourself lucky if you get a spot here!

1 Stars: Information is not up to date (by Bob B.)

A serious school should have a web site and up-to-date reviews. Iwas unable to find any recent information regarding this school. URL link does not work! We have no idea as to how this schools is rated at the moment.

5 Stars: Excellent Learning Environment (by Kathy W.)

Located in a residential neighborhood (it used to be a house years ago), this school provides a safe and warm learning environment for kids in pre-school thru kindergarten. Skills are developed by performing "jobs", which consist of small games and activities that encourage development of fine motor skills, reading and math, all of which are made "fun". There are a maximum of two classes with 12 kids in each class. I especially liked the fact that each class has one teacher, with a teaching aide, a director and parent volunteers who all help supervise the kids. This is a great school for people who want a small, intimate learning environment for their kids.

PROS: Small, warm, progressive
CONS:

5 Stars: Great Montessori School (by Allison B.)

Montessori Learning Center is a great school. Using the Montessori system, the atmosphere is very interactive and friendly. The teachers take great lengths to relate to the kids. The projects and the jobs that the school has are great.

I recommend this school to everyone.

PROS: a montessori school
CONS:
