Great Care Given 5 By Marge C. Olive Garden Italian Rstrnt We LOVE this place! My daughter and I have a condition called Celiac and so we cannot eat most of what is on the menu here and most restaurants. Olive Garden bends over backward to accommodate us and our special diets. They even prepare our food separate from others and have come up with a dish that is just for us so that we can dine there and know we will not get sick afterwards. Olive Garden's staff has been helpful and supportive and we appreciate the special care given by their entire staff to ensure the safety of our health and that we are always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The food at the Olive Garden in general is so, so. But on top of that the wait is really long and their service is bad. Usually when you have to wait for a table at a restaurant the food is great and the service is good. Here I just don't understand the attraction. The food is missing the mom and pop homemade quality. The unending breadsticks and salad are nice, but the quality is once again only average. The service was fitting for the environment. I have enjoyed my meals there and I would have no problem going again. The bread could have been more tender.
