Used them for over 20 years. After my '92 Lexus went out of warranty they solved problems Lexus over-looked.

Reasonable, honest, trust-worthy and on time!

Highly recommend for all cars.

I had a bad experience at this Shell station in the Marina. I asked to speak to the the owner; from the beginning, he was impatient and condescending towards me, plus, his diagnosis was way off; knowing he was wrong, I felt uncomfortable with him working on my car. He was ready to put in a new part in my car, that wasn't needed, at a grossly inflated price, I called back half hour later, to let him know I wasn't sure about him, I told him, if the car wasn't fixed properly, I wasn't going to pay. His response was aggressive and unprofessional, in fact I've never been so insulted! I will never go there again, or any of shell's repair shops, even for gas. This experience has soured the name of Shell for me for good! I wonder how this guy gets off being so full of himself, bragging about his 40 years of experience, while he can't even render a proper diagnose. I would have spent more than the car was worth for unecessary repair, while the real problem was still needed to be identified and fixed. He could have handled things better, and I wouldn't be here giving him well deserved bad review! BUYER BEWARE!

these guys are always honest and have always done a great job repairing my cars. not cheap, but fair and always honest!

Always expensive, have to go back multiple times for the same problem and in one case gave the car back in worse condition. People nice to talk to but a bad place to take your car.
