I bought my son a dirt bike without my husband being there. Big Mike was wonderful...because if it wasn't for him I would have bought the wrong bike.

I recently purchased a motorcycle and I felt that the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt I got a fair deal and they took the time to work with me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle.

from the last post a guy said they charged to much for tire install .. the charged me 15 dollars more for my tires i have a dual sport dr 650 i bought 2 dunlop 606 the best price 67.00 a piece 147.00 for the pair. i use them for my seadoos as well i own the only rental place localy www.outlawrental.com we rent seadoos and they all way help and print pictures for me and tom is the best in parts if they dont have it he has no problem recomending the competitor for me.. they are the place for me and all my friends to get parts and info. dick allen was the O.G OF THAT SHOP.. but ill never shop another....

This is regarding the service center only. I took my bike in to have a coolant leak investigated and also took them up on their $100 race prep. Since I needed tires and chain/sprocket I decided to let them do that too. The desk guy was courteous and attentive. Weeks later I got my back (apparently they order parts, look at your bike after they get the parts, then diagnose and find they need more parts). $100 to change chain/sprocket. $75 to install tires I purchased from them. $200 to change water pump seals. Insanely steep prices. Even worse, my water pump leaked on my next ride. Took my bike to an independent mechanic and we pulled the seal carrier. It was rusted and corroded and the shaft was very dirty. They apparently only put in two new o-rings and they were installed in the wrong slots which explained the leak. We cleaned the shaft and installed all new parts in 15 minutes with $30 worth of parts. Needless to say I will not be going back to Santa Clarita Motorsports.
