Orinda Academy

I believe that this school is amazing from a parents point of view. do to the teacher student ratio. and how well the teachers connect to the students.

yet from a students view the school is not that great. seeing how the other students enrolled in the school have no social abitities to connect with each other. half of the students theyre either have special needs and or social awkwardness. they need to raise theyre standards.

I have been a student at the Orinda Academy for the last four years. Obviously, no school is right for everyone, but this school is right for me. As a seventh grader, I came to OA with a terrible work ethic, low self esteem, and the motivation of a sloth. Now I feel I am performing student with A's or B's in almost every class. OA has helped me get where I am today with small classes and lots of personal attention. I meet with teachers frequently for help with assignments, or clarifications. Teachers at OA know that different students learn in different ways and that most people can succeed with the proper support and encouragement. I am writing this review because I saw a review posted earlier on this website with a very negative impression. The Orinda Academy presented in this review is not the school I know. Again, not every school is for everyone, and nothing is ever a perfect fit, but Orinda Academy is a great school and a great place to learn.
