I??m not going to lie, when our board decided to give LB a chance, I was a bit skeptical. Most of the terrible reviews online made me a bit uneasy and I wasn??t sure whether or not to trust this company. Nevertheless, LB definitely raised the previous expectations with their immense dedication and timely efforts. Their service is great and their staff is attentive to our needs as an HOA. I guess the only other thing I can say is don??t always believe what you read, especially on the internet. There is always room for surprises.

I recently transferred to LB to manage my apartment building, upon the suggestion of a neighboring apartment owner. The previous company was rather lazy and took the majority of the workload into their own hands witch resulted in very little done in the end. When i went to LB they took me step by step through a set-up process for providing maintenance and all other services my apartment complex required to run smoothly. I was paired up with a very supportive supervisor to work along side me and the new board or directors for my apartment. He was quite helpful and already had a list of vendors at their disposal for any of my needs. This service was quite excellent and i am very pleased with my new property management company.

I could not be more pleased with all the help LB has given me. I was referred by a family friend and was hesitant to call. However, as I faced my first issue after hiring LB, they were quick and efficient to the help me out. LB was extremely professional and more than a pleasure to work with.

LB Property have taken advantages of students. Even though I am a student but i know the market price does not cost a grand to clean up a 700sq apartment. Please don't rent from this place!

I was very impressed with how helpful all of thier employees were and how helpful they proved to be. I could not have made it through without them being there with me if you have a chance to check them out do it is a decision that you will not regret making in your future. I recently had a flooding in my place in pacific palasades. My home flooded along with another next door to me when a hose broke and i quickly called they're offices where the operater quickly contacted the supervisor for my property and the next day had a crew to clean and fix the damage done to my home along with my neighbors.
I was really surprised at how quickly they responded to my emergency.

I am glad I did not go withthe lowest bid. LB has saved me money, improved the performance of my property and my tenants are happy. They also cleaned up my bookkeeping and employment contracts. I was not paying my manager correctly and did not know this until I hired LB.

this company turned around my homeowner association. Collections improved immediately when LB came on. They enforced our collection policy without fail. The budget package and year end disclosures were the best I have seen. Monthly statements come like clock work. The staff is alwys helpful and courteous when I call for something as well and i am no longer even on the Board of Directors.

I am a new homeowner and i had questions about my monthly hoa dues statement. they were very responsive in explaining how the payment process works. They also gave me some easier options of how i can make my monthy payment. it's nice to know that when i have a question, i will always be able to reach someone.

Any attorney worth their salt (and I know attorneys have posted here), should easily have been able to do a civil docket search to see just how many times they have been sued. My recommendation is to not believe whoever is helping you and to name them personally to be held accountable.

My property is doing great and I do not have to spend the time managing the property myslef. LB is very trustworthy when it comes to management. Everything is explained in detail so i know nothing is hidden. They are willing to work with any homeowner or vendor with issues regarding their association. I am able to get help when i need it.
