Last week I visited Americas Tire Company in Mission Viejo, CA and received incredible customer service. I needed a full set of new tires immediately, and I was very concerned about traction. It had rained for the first time this season and all the oil was coming up off of the pavement. My car was sliding all over the place and I nearly hit someone because my car slid out of control. Thank goodness that didnt happen. Anyway, I was treated with curtosy and given a lot of information on different tire brands within my price range. I had already done some research so I know I got the best price for the tires I chose. They installed the new tires immediately, and the entire process took about one hour. They have a clean waiting area, great prices, and very friendly staff. They will also fix any future flats with no charge. I will definitely be a customer for life.
