I go to this car wash all the time and they do for the most part a great job. The last time I went a chubby fellow told me there's a crack in my glass I walked away from him. Then I got curious and looked, sure enough there was so I started to ask him what should I do he replied, I can fix it for you, so I listen
to him for a bit and he was vary nice. So he called my insurance company and it didn't cost me a cent. The gentlemen as chubby as he is was vary nice and he did a great job......

I stopped by Canyon Auto Wash in Anaheim Hills on 11/25/2009 to have my car detailed. I was told by the "Manager" my car would be completed by 2PM. Returning at 2:30 PM, I

I stopped by Canyon Auto Wash in Anaheim Hills on 11/25/2009 to have my car detailed. I was told by the "Manager" my car would be completed by 2PM. Returning at 2:30 PM, I
I had been using this car wash for years. I took my Maserati in for the $90 detail, when I returned the passenger window was half way up and the attendants said they didn't know what happened. Upon closer inspection it was clear to see, that they tried to force the switch and broke it. They said no problem, get it fixed and bring in receipt. After 3 weeks waiting to get the part and not use my car, i returned, Their position was that the switch broke do to wear n tear, wow only 20k miles on the car. After numerous calls to the office asking for the owner to call, "maybe his insurance would cover the damage or at worst maybe car wash credit", after being hung up on , I was told to go ahead and call a lawyer. Wow, not what i was looking for , I have lived in this canyon since 1977 and I couldn't believe the outright NASTY treatment, " they refused to even show me there business license!!!! All i can say to my neighbors is BEWARE OF CANYON AUTO WASH

Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car there. The service is horrible (they complained because I asked them to vacuum under the mats) left water spots everywhere and cracked the door panel. When I brought it to their attention the cashier (older lady who was absent the day they handed out brains) told me there was no crack, which was ironic because the Manager at least stated he could see the crack, but was not responsible.

Is your car looking nasty. Bring it to Canyon Auto Wash. Friendly people and fast service are what you'll get. Plenty of seating and reading material for your wait.
