Mind you I have only been to this place once but it was horrible ! First the lights are so bright it's annoying, second the instructor was a meat head who walked around giving instructions more like a drill instructor than a yoga instructor. I have never heard the phase "make it hurt" in a yoga class until I went here. The heat was too hot and no this wasn't my first bikram class and I served in middle East during the summer so I can take the heat ... but not here. To top it off I was dying of thirst, I was getting tunnel vision and barely made it to the front desk and young lady refused to give me water (but towels were free?) I informed her I was hurting and my wallet was in the locker yet she still refused. I will NEVER go back.

This is a great place if you are the total Bikram acolyte and want to remain true to the life-style. I'm finding that the bikram experience is very subjective and at this place, you are either going to love it or hate it. The instructors here aren't know for being kind and loving. If you want your butt kicked this is the place. \r\nThe owner is totally dedicated, his classes were tough but I actually liked his style of teaching. However, some of his other instructors are a bit authoritarian without his intelligence or experience but there are some other instructors that absolutely rock. I prefer the Mercury street location to this one. The bottom line, in my opinion, is that this place isn't for everybody that practices Bikram. \r\nDrink lots of water!

Pros: Great heat, decent location

Cons: It depends on your attitude and what you want from Bikram. Very hard to rate, because they are what they are.
