We had 5 motion sensor lights installed outside, an in-switch timer installed inside and a GFCI outlet replaced outside. Very experienced and knowledgeable. As others have said, Gus explained what was going to be done and explained the options.

The electrician who upgraded the ventilation fans in my 3 bathroom worked diligently and without complaint and was innovative in doing the work around necessary to make the installation work. I had no idea what replacing the fans might entail and I feel I got a bargain in this bid. Good job.

Gus and Julio (the installers) were right on time, took the time to explain the process, and provided updates throughout the project. Their work was top notch. Although I did receive a call within hours of placing my request on SM (Prudential was first to respond), I did ask for more favorable pricing from the original quote (which they gave me) but I had to call her back a couple of times before she responded. The after hours answering service (not Prudential) definitely needs to be trained better - this led to the less than perfect rating. In sum, I was very impressed with Pruddential Electric and they also sent a follow-up letter to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would use them again.

They installed a bath fan replacing a light above my shower. It has been working well for many months. The only slight complaint I have is that it seemed a little on the expensive side, but the quality of service made up for it.

I am having my acoustic ceilings removed after the installation of three ceiling fans. I needed the installer to leave off the lights and fan blades. The installer was very nice and made sure I knew how to complete the installation when I was ready. I asked for an additional plug to be installed while he was there and he completed it in the same day. I would definitely recommend Prudential.
