Called with a Brother Multifunction Laser printer issue.
Brought the printer in and had it back within 48 hours fixed and cleaned for under $70!
Could not be happier with this company and service as Brother was not able to assist with the LED error message.

I've lived in North County for 10 years now, and Pax has been servicing my office machines from the beginning! They offer great customer service (rare these days), and personalized service for any business or personal need. I am amazed at some of the bad reviews on here, and felt I needed to speak up for Pax! They're great! Ask for Cathy.

Pax has been repairing our office equipment for years and we've always been pleased with their service. Last week, our printer went on the fritz and we had a big job to complete. They came right out. The printer needed a part that had to be ordered so they even gave us a loaner machine to get our job done on time. They got our machine back to us today! They saved the day for us once again.

They have always been top rate for us and we recommend them often.

The printer showed that it was time to be serviced. Although the printer worked perfectly, I took it in for servicing. The printer was returned filthy inside with globs of ink on anything I tried to print and even after 24 hours of running cleaning cycles, it was still not working. I returned the printer only to be told 4 days later that the print head "might" be shorted out, and the cost would be $440.00 plus another $120.00 for ink (the cartridges were half full when I took it over there). THE REPAIRS HE WANTED WERE MORE THAN THE PRINTER COST NEW. I had words with the "technician" and immediately called Epson Corporate office in Long Beach. They were very understanding and sent me a brand new Epson R1800 photo printer WITH NEW INK CARTRIDGES AT NO COST.... I got the distinct impression that mine was not the 1st complaint against these people. This was a $500.00 machine and I had had it for 2 years. My thanks to Epson. I hope they can close Pax Business Machines down. DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PRINTER!
