Their customer service has really gone down the hill. I get this season has been one of the worst in the history... but doesn't that mean good customer service is more important. What do I mean by bad customer service?
1. They take days if not over a week to call back, if they ever do.
2. They do not email their loyal customers about new trips
3. They do not try to help customers use their service, once they have your money... they do not care about you at all.
4. No customer retention marketing.
5. Their hosts are lazy, uninterested, and do not interact with their guests and thus after ski parties have been horrible.
6. Their drivers are hit or miss, more than once we had to wake them up WHILE DRIVING!

If you plan to use them, I hope you do not need their help and can be completely self sufficient... you have to be.

This is the way to go. You get a lot of skiing in and the ride is really comfortable. They serve breakfast and usually get you right up to the lifts so you don't have to walk a long way from the parking lot. I hardly ever have time to watch movies at home, but on the bus they show one or two on the way back. I can sleep on the bus going up and coming down. It's good for the environment to put less carbon dioxide in the air and use less oil then if everyone drove separately. Besides, its fun being around others who like to ski as much as I do. The people are friendly and fun.

I was quite pleased to have found this option because it shaves off a good portion of what a flight or even Greyhound would cost for the same trip from the Southern Bay Area to the ski resorts in Lake Tahoe, NV. The bus was pretty clean and equipped with bathroom facilities. There were a few more stops than I would have liked because that made the ride longer. The seats were cusy and comfortable.
