A year ago, I placed an order online. I wasn't given a tracking #. When I called customer service they could not find my order. The order never came, and I was told the day before christmas that they could not get it to me on-time. So, I was angry and how they dealt with the situation. But here's the rub, the following year (this year), I placed the same exact order. I placed the order 4 weeks before Christmas. And guess what?? Yes, the same thing happened. I asked the Customer Service rep to have a manager call me back to discuss and to come up with a solution. She said she would talk to her manager right away. I never received a call back from anyone. No apology, nothing for ruining Christmas two years in a row. Williams and Sonoma has horrible Customer Service.
