This shop did an amazing job on my 2004 Honda Accord. They fixed car the right way and at the end it looked like I just bought it.

Thanks Hiler's.

I own my Toyota Camry since it was new - 2005. This car was involved in couple of accidents since that time.
I took my car to several places; however, the last time I needed to do a major bodywork. I searched around and came across this shop. - No complains! Wonderful service, car left the shop and nobody would recognize that the car was majorly repaired.
Very professional team! I will not take my car anywhere else.

had my cars repaired 3 previous times when Mike owned the place. The customer service was always polite, courteous and responsive. And they did excellent work that was done on time. That's why when some yo-yo rear-ended me on 280 I didn't hesitate to take my car there. I had no idea it had been sold a couple years ago.

I hate when someone buys an existing business with a great reputation and then tries to ride on that forever! Well, the name Hilers Advanced Autobody & Frame has now been rode into the ground as far as I'm concerned. The guy was all polite and friendly until he got $1000 from me for some additional work. Then he immediately turned into a rude, disrespectful a$$. The work was 2 weeks overdue and not once did he call me to keep me updated (which he promised to do). Actually, when I did call him - twice in 3 weeks - he told me he was "a busy man" and to "quit bothering" him!

When I did finally get the car back, the power antenna was broken, the hood was way out of alignment, the windshield washers sprayed OVER the car instead of at the window, the kickstand that holds up the hood was just laying there unattached because they had broken the retaining clips, they had not done a wheel alignment (even though the car had been on the frame straightener) and I had to bring it back to them in a week so they could buff it out. It should be about 30 to 45 days before you buff out a new paint job, but they're the pros, right?

When I dropped off the car to be buffed, I told him about the problems. He told me that the antenna was broken before (which it wasn't) and that they had forgotten to do the alignment. The retainer clips and the washers were "No big deal. Why are you even complaining?" Then he actually tried pushing down on the hood like he was trying to bend it into position.

It took them a week to buff out the car! A WEEK! Then when I go to pick it up, the newly painted passenger door has a deep scratch about 3 inches long in it! I showed it to him and he says "We didn't do that!" Well then, who did? I had to threaten to call the Bureau of Automotive Repair on him to get him to repaint it! He tells me "Okay, I repaint it. But then you leave and I don't want to see you again!" Really?

Another week and a half and I finally get it back. Guess what? No retainer clips. He forgot. Fortunately, one of the guys who works there offered to take care of it for me. The only good thing about the shop are the guys that work there. They were polite, professional and sympathitic. They didn't like the way all of this was handled either, but their hands were tied. I feel bad for them that they have to work for such an ogre.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, SHABBY WORK IS DONE HERE!

I have fixed my brand new lexus (after it got swiped by a muni bus) as well as an older toyota (after it got rear-ended on a freeway) Both times guys at Hilers did an amazing job. Great customer service too. The guy I was dealing with was very honest and told me like it was, without trying to score money for additional services. It seems they do a lot of work on high-end cars as well as your normal hondas and toyotas.

I will absolutely recommend this body shop to my friends.

We got our Honda civic repaired here after a hit and run accident 4 years ago. The trunk was smashed and the frame of the car was bent to the rear doors will open and close with difficulty and the trunk would not close.

Since it was hit and run and we did not have the insurance info of the other guy, our insurance company gave us a lit of auto shops to choose from and we chose to come to this shop after our research.

the staff was great and the mechanics were knowledgable. The car was fixed on time and looked great. We did not have any complaints. The doors and trunk looked as good as new.
