Its not that Big of a gym and I love that!!! It does have circuit training for women and the membership is a month to month if you wanted to. I have tried Golds and it didnt motivate me like this one did. Im moving back to Yucaipa and this fitness center is a definite perk!!!! The owner was raised in Yucaipa and is very personable. The price is very reasonable and the equipment is fairly new. It can get somewhat crowded because it is not that big of a gym.
