Nine Ten is a great place to go if you want a semi formal meal. It is right up the hill from The CHildrens Pool, where the seals reside, and the La Jolla Cove. The restaurant is on the end of Girard, a great La Jolla street lined with a number of shops. A great place to go eat, then go enjoy the sunset.

This is a really nice restaurant. Everything was high end with fantastic food that was well presented. The staff was very professional and very pleasant. Of course, with this type of restaurant you're going to pay a little extra.

Excellent restaurant

We splurged and went here with friends and were very pleased. The menu was interesting and the food was top notch. This is a nice place for a special occasion. I had the Risotto al Nero di Seppie (don't ask :) and it was delicious.
