Went here for mother's day brunch. It was pretty bad. Our server disappeared mid-meal and never returned. We had to hunt someone down to get the check. The food was sub-par; they served unripe melon (so hard it was difficult to eat), and stale bread. Honestly, I expected better from them. We won't be going back.

Nine Ten is a great place to go if you want a semi formal meal. It is right up the hill from The CHildrens Pool, where the seals reside, and the La Jolla Cove. The restaurant is on the end of Girard, a great La Jolla street lined with a number of shops. A great place to go eat, then go enjoy the sunset.

This is a really nice restaurant. Everything was high end with fantastic food that was well presented. The staff was very professional and very pleasant. Of course, with this type of restaurant you're going to pay a little extra.
