I do not recommend this mechanic to ANYONE! My car was towed to his shop on Sunday, January 10 2010. Monday, January 11, 2010 Hilton, "the owner", told me the head gasket was blown on my 1992 toyota camry le.He gave me an estimate of 900.00. I was in urgent need for that car to be repaired "HAD" two jobs at 2 different airports. Hilton told me that the car would be ready by no later than Monday, January 18. January 26 i recieve a phone call from Hilton saying the motor was blown with a hole in the block about 3.5 inches in diameter in wich i had gone to the shop to see for my self. ridicoulous mistake he made. told me i was going to need another lower half of the motor. nothing but attitude from this guy after that day. he did not want me calling him. He told me he would call when the car would be ready. so i left him alone.Wednesday, Febuary 24 was the day it was ready. 7 WEEKS LATER! still charged me 400.00 more. total amount of 1300.00 Gave me the car without rewellding the exhuast, after he cut it.Wenesday April 7, 2010 the car broke down again.Car was towed to his shop on April 8, 2010.told me it was the distributor, charged me 350.00 more. called me monday april 13 to come pick up the car. distributor was not the problem. The second piston rod had completely snapped making a loud knocking sound wich was completely obvious.charge me another 240.00 for a crankshaft. Once again he told me he would have it done ASAP. lost both of my jobs, moved to orlando 2 weeks ago, and left the car in his shop for him to finish fixing it. the car is still there!!!! He lies, and does not run a proffesional, respectfull shop. I REPEAT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC TO ANYONE!!

Hilton Auto Collision is the place to go if you want perfect car service and outstanding customer service! Onik D. is one of the most wonderful people i have ever met! He was very very helpful with everything and kept his word with every promise he made. He went above and behond to make sure i was pleased with my car when it was time for me to pick it up. The manager was polite and very through as he went over line by line item to tell me the number of hours and cost for each line item to fix my Mercedes. After he went over the list, I negotiated with him for a discount but fair price. He and I agreed to it. The car is fixed and looked practically brand new. The process was straight forward nothing complicated. The car looks great! Highly recommended.

this guy replaced my bumper. we set up the price before I left the car at the shop. when i went back to pickup my car he doubled the price. when i said i could not pay the price he is asking for he literally took away my keys. I have never had an experience like this before.

My boyfriend and I traveled to this shop in separate vehicles to get an estimate (damaged car was mine). He arrived first to get the process started, and I joined the conversation a few minutes later.

As the gentleman who assisted us was of foreign descent, I tried to disregard the constant physical touching (which began even before an introduction) and the barrage of inappropriate personal questions/comments as we waited, and the estimate was reasonable, but when I started asking about the projected hours of labor and how many days the job would take, the manager turned to my boyfriend -- eight years my junior, never owned a car, let alone dealt with a body shop or insurance company -- and laughed about how "women don't understand these things".

Cultural differences aside, I am not aware of ANY situation in which calling your prospective customer an idiot is a good way to boost sales. Goodbye, Hilton.

They did an outstanding job on my car and on my wife's truck. Both vehicles looked like they just came out of the showroom. I told Onik, the company manager, I would have kissed him, if he was a woman. He understood, what I was trying to say, I was just so happy with our vehicles.

And I will remain using them for any size damages to my vehicles. They are always happy to see me, and always welcome me and my damage vehicles with open arms.

Mr. Frank, Mr. Damaryan, and Yolanda, are always so very nice to my husband and myself, they truly know how to work as a team, they keep us posted via e-mail by sending us photos of our vehicle in process.

And because of their outstanding customer service and value of work done to my vehicles, I have took three of my vehicles to them for repair and have never had a problem with the work.

I will remain using them in the future and would recommend my family and friends to them for Auto Repair.

I would recommend this shop 100%. I was very pleased with the work performed on my "98 Mazda. I was treated with respect and like if I was family. I was made comfortable and was reassured that I would be ok and so would my car. I was a nervous wreck when I went in, but Mr. Damaryan and the Owner Mr. Lev Frank where very kind hearted and they explained to me everything that would be done and what I needed to do. I am so glad that I went to this shop. They walked me through the process and helped me with my ordeal.I now have my car back as if it were new and I am over this ordeal and I have Hilton and their staff to thank.

agree completely with everything everyone else said (except the reviewer who had the misfortune of an unpleasant experience). these people did a great job (replace/re-paint left fender and repair entire driver's side window after someone broke into my car) on my 97 Accord for a great price (i paid out of pocket and chose this shop after surveying practically every visible auto body shop on walnut and heard no estimates even close to Hilton's quote. if i, being a female graduate student, could afford to pay it, i'm sure you can understand how affordable it must have been !). Mr. Damaryan was very helpful right from the start and most pleasant to deal with. and if that wasn't enough, he performed atleast $100 worth of repairs (and this is just the cost of parts minus labour and taxes) without charging me anything for it !!! i am very grateful to him and his team of mechanics and wholeheartedly recommend his shop to anybody who is on the look-out for an auto body shop. once again, a big 'thank you very much' to everyone at Hilton !!

I am happy with the repair work and professional attitude the Shop Manager and the Service Department provided. I appreciated both the repair to my car and the timely fashion in getting it done. I went based on all the positive reviews here and found them extremely misleading.

The damage was a small fender scrape and 3 inch by half inch long body dent. No big deal. But problems started when they didn't want to give me an estimate "because that's between us and the insurance company". They wanted me to drop the car off and leave, explaining it was not my business and they were professionals. The shop has an "old school" Armenian tone.

Eventually I got him to give me an estimate (because I was "curious") but he seemed really put off by it, as if I was the only person in the last 3 years to ask. He built it up on the computer and sent it to the printer, but after I said I would leave the car, he said something about it not printing right, reached over and ripped it up.

The car was to be ready 3 days later. They would call. They never called. I called. They said they were shipped the wrong parts TWICE.

So I had to leave the car over a holiday (4 more days) and continue paying for a rental car that smelled like an ashtray (no rental coverage on insurance).

So after the holiday weekend ... no call. So I called them and they said it would finally be ready in ONE MORE day, which it was. After paying for 8 days of car rental that should have been 3. The body work was fine.

However, they informed me the insurance company (State Farm) hadn't sent them the check. They hadn't followed up on this the previous 7 days, they just told me the day it was ready.

So if I wanted my car that day, I would have to pay. A call by me to the insurance company confirmed this ... they could mail payment the next day, but would re-imburse me if I paid right now.

Annoying snafu considering how this was supposedly "between the insurance company and Hilton", but no big deal. You would think Hilton was dealing with insurance companies every day and knew about follow-up. But it was like it was a new thing for them ("them" being the manager, who I dealt with exclusively).

Then the Hilton manager informs me as I'm sitting in the office to pick up my car that there is a 3% service charge (on $800 repair) for payment by credit card since the insurance company didn't send them the check in time.

So I left livid about the whole experience, including the last minute price gouge to recover my car. I've previously used Holmes a couple times in the last 15 years. While a 1 day delay one time, they are golden compared to Hilton's sleazy feeling operation.

Oh, when I pointed out how the 5 day delay over the holiday due to them getting the wrongs parts TWICE cost me an additional $220 in car rentals, he SHRUGGED.

By the way, I looked at their web-site. The exterior night-shot with the elegant Greek columns has nothing to do with them. The shop is cramped and small. It's a picture of something else. And the web-site comment about "Free loan car" ... forget about it.

False ads, sleazy operation, horrible communications.

I have gone to other body shops in the past, and none of them take the time to really make you fill you can trust them. They are so busy trying to make a buck, they don't care. But not at Hilton Auto Collision Center, they took thier time with me and walked me thru the estimate and explained to me what work was going to be done to my car. And when i got my car back, it looked great, they matched the paint right on. And the reason, i say that they do the"Best job in town" is because, it only took three days to repair my car and they did a great job.

Hilton Auto did a great job on 2006 Lexus and since i had to pay out of my own pocket, they gave me a great price. And the customer service that they provide, is beyond words, they all work as a team and both office and shop are very clean. Very safe and clean shop.

The service at Hilton Auto Collision Center was wonderful, my car was done within a week and I was treated respectfully. I would get updates on the progress of my car daily. I would highly recommend Hilton Auto Collision Center. And if you already have a estimate from another body shop, bring it to Hilton Auto Collision Center and they will match it.

all i can say is that this is a one of a kind body shop, they went out of their way to help me with my claim, when the other partie didn't want to pay me for the repairs, they hunted them down and found out what insurance company they had and got the other parties insurance to pay for my car repairs. The girl that works for Hilton Auto Collision Center got right on the phone and started to work on my claim right away and they got me a rent a car within 10 mins. I couldn't ask for anything more. And the work that was done to my car, they used only the best paint and parts, my car looked great.
