Once again your installation team was wonderful. They did a great job installing the condenser units. Although we have not had a chance to try out the new units, the installation looks very neat and professional. The team was very courteous and kept a very neat work site.
I just wanted to let you know that your company's crew that was doing the work at our house was excellent. They were very courteous and stayed out of our way when they were there.Even though they had to work in the close of our master bedroom(as that was where one of the units was located), they kept out bedroom and closet very clean. I just wanted to write and commend the service I received from Billy. I called in and contacted the company about an emergency on memorial day and he called back within 10 minutes. He arrived on the earlier end of the time schedule he set and was very receptive to my numerous questions. He solved all the problems quickly and instructed me on what he was going to do as a repair and why. Even more than the repair I appreciate the information he was willing to provide and that he did so in a way that I could understand as a non technical person.
I cannot praise your team enough. Mr. Shannon listened with care to the litany of problems I recited when he first examined the system. When he told me that he and his two man team could solve all of the problems in three days, I was shocked and happy. Great work. I will definitely be using you if I have future problems.
DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO YOUR HOME FOR AN ESTIMATE!!! We didn't use them because their salesman's estimate was more than twice the cost of other companies' estimates, and they didn't return our emails or calls asking if there was a less expensive unit.
When the salesman came to do the estimate, he took a photo of our heater/air conditioning unit. Then a few weeks later I saw the salesman park in front of our house and take another photo of the new unit that another company had installed ! Soon after, a city inspector came knocking on our door saying that we were going to have to pay additional fees and get a permit. Apparently Brody Pennell gets paid by city inspectors to spy on people.
This story is being investigated by the LA Times so I am not naming names yet, but meanwhile, don't let them near your home!!
I am very happy with the service man that came. They are professional and friendly. They have respect for my home by cleaning up after themselves before they leave. They explained everything to me. They called to follow up on the system to make sure that it was working properly.
The serviceman that came out to my home was great. Dave was on time, did a great job and even helped me carry groceries inside! We have used Brody- Pennel a few times now and have always been more then satisfied with the service from them. I would certainly recommend this company!

My dear mother in law was in town visiting a few weeks ago. The night before she was due to come in, our AC went out. The Indian summer we were having held very bad timing with her coming in. I called 2 companies to try and get someone to our home immediately. Both told me they were swamped but would be happy to come out Monday. Understandable, but not acceptable. I called Brody, and they had a technician out just hours after I called. The tech had a magic touch because he was at my house for about 15 minutes and got the AC running again. I cannot thank you enough for your quick and excellent customer service.
I had an HVAC company come to my home to give me an estimate. I thought the figure they gave me was outrageous so I called Brody for a second opinion. Turns out, I didnt need a new anything! The first guys were trying to put on over on this old man. I couldnt believe it when the Brody technician told me it would be an easy fix, just a matter of a tube coming loose.
