Party Helpers

This is an odd location for a store. I found their staff to be very average in knowledge and their customer service could definitely be improved. I'm not sure if it was just the sales person we dealt with, but she just didn't have much enthusiasm to help out customers with product questions, etc.

This Verizon Wireless has probably the most phones to choose from, and the prices are normal, not too cheap, not too expensive. The sales associates seem to know a lot about what they are talking about and the phones. I came here to get my phone and it went smoothly; they helped me find the right phone for me. The reception is great, but the plans can be costly :(

This Verizon Wireless store located right on Montague Expressway, not conveniently located for westbound direction. There is plenty of parking.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of equipment and a variety of calling plans available. The prices don't vary between different Verizon stores. We find the prices very reasonable.
