I am a local General Contractor in this area and want to warn those potential buyers to read the reviews on consumer reports before using this company. I can tell you from experience that they do not live up to their promises of installation dates. My customers will be out of their closet waiting for more than double the quoted turn time. The designer was below average and despite having a bad feeling my customers were lured by the price... The warehouse manager and owner were happy to do nothing to rectify any issues. If I ran my business this way I would not last long... they must survive on low prices. You get what you pay for, and this is still a substantial sum of money. I wish I had been warned in advance so I could save my customers the experience. I will do m best to let all of the local contractors know to avoid this business.
Pros: less expensive
Cons: misleading turn around times.
