I had California Security install the alarm in my new business in Burlingame and am very satisfied with the service I receive from them
They did the job very professionally and cleaned up after they were done

This company takes their time to do a quality installation which does (or should) consist of concealed wiring. I'm not sure why the previous review had an issue with taking their time as they did with my house; the price was set and they "stick to their price"!
The entire system installed in my home works like a charm!
I wish I could rely on every service company for my home as much as I can rely on California Security!

We got it and it's working but I wouldn't recommend them. Took them a whole week to install out modest, small system. 1200 sq foot house w/ 6 windows 3 doors and one motion fully alarmed (wireless windows) and upstairs only one window and a motion detector and heat detector in the garage w/ water heater. 2 smoke detectors and 2 control pads. He did do a nice job hiding the wiring upstairs and to the control panel in the master. But, the kitchen window has a break that is spreading like a spider vein from him hammering in the contact. And we didn't get any freebies like the our neighbor got remote control activator. I think they were also on the high side of money. sometimes arming the alarm would do weird things and I'd have to restart it.

monitoring is fine.
