Payless Car Rental

Let me first start off by saying I am the kind of customer that does not complain. DO NOT rent a car from this location. I travel frequently and this was by far my worse experience with rental car company. I could live with the fact that the car was banged up from front to back but I couldn't stand how dirty it was. The wheel was sticky and inside was all grease from dirt. Employees are not friendly, and, when I returned the car they try to blame the dents and scratches on me. When I asked to get a copy of the original document all the employees said "I don't know. I wasn't working here. I don't know where they are." They also charged me for fuel even when I refill the tank. Do NOT rent a car from this place.

My family and I recently rented a vehicle from Payless in Los Angeles and I just want to commend Muneer at that location for giving us exceptional service. Not only he have great personalitie, he were professional, friendly and courteous. We were very happy with the shuttle service and the vehicle from Payless. We will always use Payless for our rental car needs and will recommend this company to all of our friends and family. Thanks for making our Thanksgving trip a pleasure.
