This is definitely a neighborhood bar. Started here at 7PM with what looked like a few regulars at the bar and the nicest bartender behind the bar. Owner was also just hanging out watching the basketball game. Didn't notice the $2 Coors special yet so got the pear cider on tap...love cider on tap! Started getting under so went around the corner to grab some Chinese takeout. Apparently you can even have a pizza delivered here...awesome! As the night progressed the crowd got younger and younger and that's when I noticed $2 Coors light...I was wondering why everyone here was drinking it. Tuesday nights at 9:30P is apparently the start of pub quiz, will definitely have to come by and try it but the competition seemed pretty stiff. This was our cue to leave, better luck next time.

Pros: Projection Screen, $2 beer, interesting crowd

Cons: no parking

This is one of my favorite bars in Nob Hill. It's on California between Hyde and Leavenworth. A great place to grab a beer on the way home.

Pros: Best bar in Nob Hill

Great people, Great atmosphere, admirable drink selection. Zeki's has a fireplace, three tv's, and a pool table. Only drawback is not enough room for the pool table. Lots' of regulars, hotel crowd, and wanderers. Once saw a guy show up out front with a bunch of golf clubs and trade someone else a 9 iron for a cigarette. Good times for all.

Great neighborhhod bar -- cozy and welcoming. Fireplace was too hot for me, but my date seemed to like it. Have some good beers and wine, but were out of a couple of the beers... Very local atmosphere during week (or at least tuesday, when i went) and on weekends (been a few times on weekends) there is a lot more energy and people.

really enjoyed my drop in. it has to be the friendlest bar in SF. Really good feel, fireplace, cozy wood, and good group of people. met some visitors from the fairmount and they said they loved the place. price were good. grey goose martini only $8.00 if I still remember.

easy to meet other people but not a hustle bar. lots of locals, mostly professional.

The perfect neighborhood bar. Zeki's is the type of bar that you go there a couple times and the bartenders will remember you and your drink. The manager, Maho, couldn't be a nicer guy. Full of regulars, and occasionally the not so regulars on the weekends. There are 2 fireplaces, plenty of tables and bar stools, a jukebox and pool table. Busy on the weekends and moderate during the week. Great place to meet for happy hour, celebrations, or even a date. Just an all around great neighborhood bar with nice people and a welcoming staff.
