From the moment we walked into Crossroads the staff was very friendly and attentive. We waited no more than five minutes in the lobbby. Dr. Guinn was very kind, patient and made us feel that she truly cared about the health and well-being of our puppy pug. When we were given a diagnosis we were very well-informed. I highly recommend Dr. Guinn who is a complete professional with a very caring nature. I would definitely visit again should the need arise.

I really like there friendly staff they all showed gentleness and carring towards my pet. I will definately come again if I ever have another situation or an emergency. I am very thankfull and greatful for their support and help with my pet's situation.

I was impressed with the friendliness, caring and knoweldgable staff. They made my wait pleasant and made my dog feel comfortable. the vet was very kind, friendly and able to answer all questions based on founded knowledge. I was so impressed I was hoping she had a day time practice.. I would highly rec Cross roads to all pet lovers....

I had to make a late night visit on a Sunday due to my Chihuahua's abnormal behavior. Crossroads was recommended to Me by my local Petsmart Store. The staff and Doctor was very helpful in explaining the condition of Gary's illness. I felt at ease with all the staff's help, it didn't seem like an after hour visit at all. I would definately recommend Crossroads to anyone Pet owners that need emergency services!

Crossroads was reccommended to me by my local Petsmart store. I took my Pomeranian Dusty in for a procedure. The staff and Doctors were very helpfull and compassionate. I am a new dog owner. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I feel confident that the care I will be able to give Dusty when he gets home will be accurate. Thank you Team Crossroads. I reccommend Crossroads to any and all pet owners.

My brother had mentioned this place from previous visits from his dog. The staff was very attentive and caring with my my pet.I appreciated how they were very clear and informative with all my questions. I was comfortable knowing they were on top of my pet's condition. Very welcoming place and very nice staff here. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks a lot Crossroads.

Recommended by family vet. The staff was very attentive and showed care and empathy for our pet. They give good service, but it definitely comes at a price. We had a major surgery, which required intense after care. We weren't aware that the after care would be so intense,but the hospital was helpful when we called in with additional questions for answers that hadn't been covered prior to surgery. All in all it was as pleasant as could be expected under the circumstances.

i can only say very little about my experience here at Crossroads Animal Emergency, the employees were very polite and understanding. My dog Jack in the other hand seems to like this place better than i do, i have never seen him so calm around strangers before. if you ever have any problem or emergency with your pet I recommend this hospital to anyone, thanks crossroads....

The staff and Dr's were wondefrul. My dog came in very critical and they were there to support my mom and I in time of need. They had all had compassion as if they were part of our family. You do not see that to often.
I would recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital to everyone.

Everyone was really nice and answered all my questions. They always made my cat and I feel important and they gave my cat the best care possible. All my options were given to me and there was no pressure in my making a decision. Excellent service.

Well this is this first time i ever went or heard of an animal emergency center, but thank goodness there is one. The staff here was more than helpful with me and my questions not to mention my pup Logan. I would sincerly like to thank Doctor trish (forgive my spelling) Ogyle?? She's awesome!! i will be returning here again, but hopefully not soon ha:)

It's never a good feeling to have to bring your pet to emergency, but if you need to, this is the place to come. I have been here several times with my pets and always receive compassionate care and treatment. The staff is friendly and the doctors answer all my questions fully. Thanks for helping my baby!

We are so thankful for all the care provided to our baby he is a shih tzu 3 months old, the staff the doctors are the best they are wonderful. Thanks a million for taking care of my baby. When we brought him in this morning he was not responding; but, after all the great care and their miracle hands he is well and going home to be reunited with his brother. We are so thankful, thanks again.

We left crossroads with a big feeling of relief. We were so happy that we brought our Maggie. The staff was outstanding from the first phone call. Sara put us at ease over the phone and answered all our questions. Once we were here, Dr. Elliot consulted our puppy's treatment plan with us. We had such a great experience.

Shelene responded professionally to my phone inquiry and gave their address and zip code in order for us to utilize the GPS system to locate them. We just moved into the area and had no idea where they were located. Professional from entering, complete with full instructions of cost, fantastic with our English Bulldog. Jennifer was thorough in her exam and Dr. Haney couldn't have been better. Thorough, professional. It's SO nice to know this quality ER clinic is near to our new home in case of future emergenicies. I HIGHLY recommend Crossroads Animal Emergency in Norwalk!!!

Had my dog come in do to infection.The staff was amazing.Very knowledgeable, answered every question we had. We new we had left her in good hands. Two days after surgery she was back to her old self. Thank you so much Crossroads.

my dog chico was attacked by my lab chico had to have his eye removed .The hospital was great they did every thing they could for chico and made feel that he was in great hands i thank doctor elliot for every thing she has done for us in making me feel that chico was in safe hands .I would recommend the hospital to everyone that has animals

Crossroads Animal Emergency team was so helpful to my dog and my self that there is no other place we'll go for medical help. The entire staff there is great and knowing that there is a place were I can take my dog 24/7 makes me feel much more releived.

Warmly received upon arrival by the receptionist who promptly assisted me. Vet techs impressed me as being competent and conscientious. The veterinarian who examined my dog immediately made me feel comfortable as she too was knowledgeable and confident as well as personable and respectful. My dog received quality care, and once again I am so very grateful to this staff and this hospital for their care.

Great Place! Friendly service. Cost much less than I expected. Not too many animal hospitals open late at night, glad there not too far away. My dog Snowball had a piece of stick lodged on the roof of his mouth. He was bleeding and very uncomfortable. Staff was very caring and prompt.
Highly Recommend them.

1. My dog had surgery to repair a wound caused by a pit bull attack. She received stitches for a 6-7 inch wound. My personal experience with this pet hospital was excellent. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Doctors were explicit with instructions and loving with my dog. Although the expense of my pet's work was over $1000 dollars, it was under the price they initially expected and it is clear that this facility sees their work as a service. I felt my pet was well cared for. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends as it was recommended to me. I encourage others to bring records and anything that provides history of your pet. When a trauma happens, you don't always remember everything.

The facility is very clean and neat. Your staff was very accomidating and showed a sincere interest in taking care of my pet and making me feel comfortable with them taking care of my pet. They were very efficient in getting me into a room in a reasonable time and the doctor was very quick to see us. Overall it was a very pleasant experience given the situation.

We brought Lucky in because he was hit by a care. Although he didn't appear to be injured, we wanted to have a doctor look at him. Dr. Elliot performed the examination. She was thorough, and answered all of my questions. The staff was helpful in keeping my son and I informed of everything that was going on. I can say all the staff and doctor were most helpful.

Great care, amazing overview thoughrough explination of problem great service. They found the problem and helped us really quick. My dog was fine and they gave us great tips on how to take care of him better. The hospital was great, clean and very curtious doctors and professional ethics.

Amy was attacked by a coyote. Amy's care was thorough and done with a lot of care. I am very happy with the treatment Amy has received. Thank you for your saving Amy's life. I have to share with everyone that today when I came into Crossroads Animal Emergency, My dog bear and myself were both treated with respect, outstanding care and great attitudes. The staff was amazing from the time I called in to inquiry about the hours of service to the receptionist to the nurse (Nicole) and the wonderful Dr. Haney. My dog is getting great care and is on the road to recovery. Thank You to all the staff who is attending to my baby Bear! You are all wonderful people.

that u r a little pricey compared to what a regular
Med. Dr. costs

Took my feral cat in with trouble breathing late one night. They immediately took her in back room which they wouldn't let me go into...which didn't sit well with me. Doctor was very nice but seemed to lack some compassion - nurse came in to go over numbers with me which were sky high! Cost me 600+ for one night stay, cat died next morning and now their calling me to either pick dead cat up or pay the $60 fee for cremation (without ashes) if I choose to pick up ashes it will be $165.
Service was quick but seemed to be more concerned about getting as much money as possible from you.

My first visit here. I'm very impressed with the welcoming of the employees. I like the Dr's care and treatment for our dog. Although this is a friends dog, had it been mine I would absolutely come back here again for any animal care. I felt that the Dr. was listening and not just trying to get paid extra fees. All the staff was very friendly and seemed sincerely concerned for my pet's well being. I was very happy that they were open late and able to see my pat at such a late hour. The Dr. also took the time to listen carefully to every symptom I observed. I didn't feel rushed or cut off like at some other Vet offices

My regular vet's after-hours system referred them as an emergency alternative. My dog had been vomiting for a few hours and I feared she was becoming dehydrated. So I drove her there...AND THEY REFUSED TO TREAT HER! Their vet had only 10 minutes left on her shift. I hope these people get the same treatment when they go to a hospital. I only wish more negative numbers were permissible.

I have used Crossroads ER 3 times now. The first two had happy endings and the most recent is a fairy tale ending! We were given excellent medical advice and care. The medical capabilities are state of the art. The follow up communication is excellent and helpful. Add in the cooperation with our primary Vet and the experience couldn't be better. I highly recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital and all the Wonderful Doctors and Staff.
