Reliable Auto Clinic

I have been going to Hank for many years and I've told him that if I move, I'm taking him with me. It's difficult to find an honest mechanic and he is 100% trustworthy. If he knows you're short on funds, he'll let you know which things need to be fixed straight away and which things can wait a bit. He'll drive the car around awhile with you to see what that noise is you keep hearing and won't charge you if he doesn't fix anything. Hank could take advantage of my automotive ignorance, but never would. Make sure you're understood because English is not their first language (talk to Hank whenever possible). Also, they can get very busy, so make an appointment when it's not an emergency.

I love this place. My wife has a moderately old car and I have a very old car that needs to go to the mechanic at least once a year (over 200,000 miles on it). Not only do they do great work here, but they are incredibly honest. They had numerous opportunities to upsell me and didn't even flinch; even giving me advice about not wasting money on certain repairs that weren't really necessary. They always laid out all my options as far as repairs and costs very clearly, even when it wasn't in their best interests. When you pick up your car they make it a point to explain in great detail exactly what was fixed and how it was fixed and everything.

There is only one downside and that is sometimes communication is a little difficult because of their accents, but they take the time to make sure you understand everything.

I have taken all of my cars to Hank and he has never disappointed me. His honesty is sometimes blunt (don't fix this, car is junk) but it is ALWAYS the truth. He will only fix what is broken and ONLY what is broken and he'll let you know when its time to dump your car before it dumps you by the side of the road. I Rate him AAA plus. In an area where most mechanics and service facilities see dollar signs in their clients eyes, this shop is refreshing. I forgot to mention that this man and his crew works from sun up until waaaayyyyy after dark.

I echo what most people are writing here, I definitely was a fan of the work done on my car at this mechanic. The big upside was that he was completely honest with me about what was wrong (I had my friend who knows cars well also check it out), and honesty in the auto repair field seems to be non-existant. Everything was done smoothly and on time, I definitely recommend that you take your car here.

This place did a nice job. They had fast service and seemed honest. They knew what they were doing. Great service and I was very pleased. I would go again.

I count myself fortunate that I found this mechanic. He is probably the best mechanic that I have ever used. His expertise has kept my car in excellent condition. I have brought several cars for him to inspect before I purchased them. His other mechanics are well-trained and knowledgeable.

I can't give high enough marks to Hank! I would give him a plus 10. He is a fantastic mechanic, who runs a great shop. He is always honest and gives the best advice about your car. We have taken several used cars for him to check before purchasing andhe has always given an honest, forthright appraisal of them. I have been a longtime customer and his shop has grown busier and busier. Our cars have lasted longer under his care. His name says it all--Reliable!!!
