Northcutt Jeff Od - L A Optometrique

My experience at L.A. Optometrique in Silverlake was not as pleasant. The staff has been misleading, my glasses are late as was the doctor--who was out, and after I chose my frames I had to wait for 30mins for an exam. If that seems pleasant to you, then you don't have to see as bad as I.

The staff at this location has a tendency to stretch the truth for a sale, which is understandable, but it should not be at the cost of my anticipation and hopes of being able to see clearly.

The doctor, who is very nice, was at the super market for a bit. As time passed, the staff comforted me by letting me know he left his cellphone in his examination room, and was therefore unreachable.

The examination then went well, and the frames are in good taste. I hope to see them soon! 7-10 days YaY! I just wish you told me that instead of to pick them up Friday, I guess you meant "2 Fridays" ;P

I get great designer eyewear at L A Optometrique, and Dr. Arencibia's staff are all very friendly and nice. They remember me every time I go in, even though its just once a year. Very personal service.

I went to L.A. Optometrique looking for a great place to have an eye exam and purchase "HIP" eyewear. I was very pleased with my total experience with them. The Dr. was very courtious and casual which lead to a very comfortable exam experience (not a stuffy Dr.s office). The store has a very cool urban feel with a great selection of eyewear. The L.A. Optometrique staff of opticians were extremely helpful with my selection of glasses that fit my personality and style.

I love the selection and the services they offer. Mostly because they take my insurance company and everything is pretty much free. They Put your vision into the glasses YOU want

I have had 2 different optometrists at L.A. Optometrique and both times my experience has been great! Each took the time to explain to me their findings and also possible options.
Cute eyeglass selection too!
