GREAT!! Everyone is so friendly!!! :) :) :) :) :) especially LUCY :) great machines,trainers and staff. Could use more ab machines but overall it is excellent!!!!

Great gym if you don't want to worry about the "competition" feeling at gyms. Small but clean, traditional yoga classes, package deals. Great parking.

Women's World is a great gym. The woman who wrote the negative slur against the gym should be ashamed. Because its a shame to write such untruths about WW gym and their instructors. What ever problem you have with an instructor and her son, it's not a gym issue because I'm sure this did not happen at WW since it's an all female facility. And as far as the instructors and trainers, they are top notch with national certifications. And it's mandated by the owner that all instructor and trainers stay on top of their certs.

I hated the meat market those co-ed facilities offered; this is a great alternative. No lines, great staff, everyone knows my name. I'm not just a number. and they create progams that help motivate me!! All the trainers have the education and experience to help anyone. They sure helped me reach my goals.
