I have been into Pavia several times and have never had a bad experience. When you walk in you are greeted by there friendly staff and offered a beverage. Pavia is different than other day spas so it isn't for everyone, it's very natural and laid back. I can't speak for all services because I have only been in for massages, however they are always great! I recommend Pavia to all my friends and family and they all love it!
