poor staff  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I find that the office has some of the worst customer service ever. They seem to never answer the phone and never return a phone call. This trait makes it very hard to get a question answered or a prescription filled. Recently is has taken 4 days to get in touch with the staff so that i might refill a prescription. Now it takes 48 hours to fill the meds! Bottom line,Im changing doctors because this is insane.Awful!

Incredible service and care  5 Star Rating - World class

I always enjoyed the thorough medical attention I had always received from my GP Dr. Doll, who had to leave the group. However, the doctor who took his spot, Dr. Kumar is every bit as thorough and kind as Dr. Doll was, but I have found that her compassion and insights as to what be going on behind my backache or chronic headaches... She was the very first physician who has even been able to detect the depression I was experiencing, and that was on my very first visit to her! Now I am finally being treated and my whole life has turned around. She doesn't over medicate, and always wants to be sure that you are comfortable. I don't think that I could find a better fit in a doctor than her.

Not just a Doctor but a friend  5 Star Rating - World class

Dr. Lucero has been my general doctor for about 2 years. He practices medicine competently. He always has plenty of time to listen and answer questions. His begins by treating issues conservatively, and then increases his aggressiveness as necessary. When necessary, he will refer to specialists.

As terrific as Dr. Lucero is, the same cannot be said about his staff. I have found them rude and abrupt on more than one occassion. I have even talked to the office manager regarding staff behavior. In spite of all of this, Dr. Lucero still makes it worth the hassle with the staff.

PROS: Compassionate medicine
CONS: Staff can be the cause of your pain
