This is the second time I have been to Regal Nails. They are located inside the Walmart. It is great when you need an oil change but don't want to shop...Just go and get a pedicure. The prices are reasonable ($24 for a Pedi/Mani). They take their time no matter how busy it gets. I had Kelly (I think thats her name) and she did a great job!
