This place is great and I go there all the time. What strikes me though is that they are incapable of getting a larger selection of shampoos. They've had 2 kinds for over a year, while at Safeway, just a block away, you can purchase 20 kinds. Don't understand.
I like the fact that you can just quicky go there, do what you need, and leave. No need to wait in the waiting room. This is designed for you to get your haircut and go on with your day. Very practical.
I have been to this Supercuts twice and I liked it. I was happy with my haircut, I didn't have to wait. I believe they should have a larger choice of hair products such as shampoos, gels etc. Otherwise I recommend it to everybody and I would go there again.
Skilled staff, very helpful, close to many restaurants and shopping malls so it's easily accessible and convenient. You can make an appointment by phone before you arrive and then, when you arrive, you don't wait at all, they'll take care of you right away.
I went there to get a haircut about a few days ago, and overall I am pretty satisfied. The wait wasn't long (about 15 minutes, there were about two other people in front of me). The cut was also pretty affordable, it's about $15, plus you can often find a coupon that brings the price down to $13. So with tip, it's around $14-$15 dollars.
You can also come back within 7 days if you are not satisfied with your cut and get it adjusted for free.
