They have the worst customer service i have ever seen. They told me that i would have my kitchen cainets in 3 weeks and they they took over a month. Not only did they take forever, but some of the caibnets weren't here and they messed up on them. Inferior product quality. Definitely not dependable.

I've been to several different Lowes but I love the customer service I get from this particular location. I bought my Vaccum cleaner and was offered help right away and whole shopping experince is so much better when you get right help, especially at home improvement stores.
