Doesn't even deserve one star.
The instructor is always on his phone and when he does pay attention he gets very upset easily.
on my first lesson, as an inexperienced driver, I thought that the instructor would be more calm and more understanding to the mistakes I would make. Instead, he would yell and get scared easily. He asks personal questions that makes the lesson very uncomfortable and could use a breath mint now and then. Very disappointed with the service, switched to another driving school after 2 lessons.

This place doesn't even deserve half a star.
Most miserable experience ever. Whatever you do, do not get Jacob as your driving instructor.
Communication is terrible here.
Instructor's (Jacob's) attitude was extremely bad; yelled at me for consecutive five minutes for breaking at a yellow light.
Instructor was always on the phone, at least half of the time; he didn't really pay attention to what I was doing.
Instructor arrived 30 minutes late every lesson and always left 5-10 minutes early. After being confronted and asked to make up for the lost time, he got angry and yelled and only made up 15 minutes.
He is not honest with money. He charges different people different prices for behind the wheel. My dad called to ask how much Hallelujah charged for taking me to the DMV to take my test. The lady told him $80. However, when Jacob asked if i wanted him to take me, he told me $90.
Car driven is an extremely bad vulgar smelling corolla, spare yourself.
DONT EVER COME HERE FOR BEHIND THE WHEEL.

I had on the wheel training here when I was 15 and I felt like i really didn't learn anything. My instructor was on the phone for most of the time & paid attention only once in a while. He was hard to understand (thick korean accent) and I felt like I could've taught myself better. I learned more on my own or with my parents more than here. Only did this because it's a requirement to get a license. Only good thing was the price was pretty cheap. If you want to learn how to drive, don't go here.

It seems that people who work there are from Korea, and it is very hard to communicate with them over phone, face to face communication is just 'OK' though. If you know their native language then it is good, otherwise, if you are not comfortable with English language, then it will miserable experience for you. Avoid them if possible.
They have 1-2 trainers, and I enrolled my wife for 6 hours (2 hrs each). First day, instructor wasted 10 minutes on phone and dropped her 10 minutes before 2 hours. During training, he was on behind the wheel most of the time. He scared to take the student out on the road when a student is totally new and have no driving experience. However, the good thing was that after first class, my wife got some confidence to take my car on the road during night time when there is less traffic.
I found communication a major problem, and today evening my wife will take her 2nd class, so I will post 2nd class experience later.

After hiking up two flights of stairs and a few feet down the hall to Hallelujah Driving School, you find that there is no reception desk and no clerk to help you out. Everyone there speaks only Korean, sometimes broken English, and even the driving instructors know less about driving than you do. The bottom line is: Hallelujah Driving School provides horrendous behind-the-wheel training.

I was a minor when I wanted to get a driver's license, but for some reason or another, I had not taken Driver's Ed at school. Instead, I came here to take my Driver's Ed class. While the class is extremely rigorous, (you have to stay there for basically the whole day), it got the job done, and I was able to obtain my permit quite easily. It also helped much later when I had to take the written test. The test was much easier after this class!
