.

I stopped by Dairy Queen around 12:15, went through the drive thru, for something for lunch. I ordered a cheddar bacon cheese burger (which I believe was around $2.49) an order of onion rings, and an ice water in a cup. I was asked if I wanted to make it a meal, and advised that since I wanted just Ice Water in a cup, I did not. I was then told I could get a bottled water in the meal. Again, I stressed I just wanted a cup of ice water. I was then told (rather rude), the ice water was going to cost me .25 cents, for which I did not respond. However, my thought was I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR A CUP OF ICE WHEN I'M ORDERING FOOD (sometimes, even when I'm NOT). Because of the "attitude" I was receiving, I did NOT want any confrontation (nor spit in my food), so I was EXTREMELY PLEASANT! I have no idea what the cost should have been, if I was charged correctly or not, however, for the $2.49 burger, 7 small onion rings, and a very small cup of water, the total cost of over $5.50. I did not get a receipt (and since I was already feeling imitating, I did not request (I am very sick, just cam back from Kaiser Dr appt for severe breathing problems, which can be identified). I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF RESPONSE TO THIS E-MAIL, AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE TO MANAGEMENT. Thank you.
