I recently got my nails done (arylic tips) by a lady at the nail pro & had recent problems as others. It started off fine until she brought out this drill thing that spins to smooth down the nail and she kept pushing back my nail bed repeatedly on each nail like 10 times! I started bleeding on 3 nails and when i would complain of the pain she said "i have do it, you nails too small" it was painfull! then she took out a nail buffer and buffed as hard as should could! after she applied the top coat over my new scratches and it burned, i had nail pain for 3 days and annoying cuts. all of my cuticles were ruined and dry DO NOT GO THERE!

I think its unfortunate I have to write this, but I think everyone should know what they are getting into by coming here. I stated coming here because I needed my nails done at late hours, and they stay open pretty late, my first visit went well so I started coming here regularly. I even had my mother in law and husband getting pedicures here. A few weeks ago I went in to get a fill (fiberglass which is a little more expensive and a French manicure which is also a little more) my fill was $28 which seemed a bit high. I went to what appeared to be the owner of the place, and she kept answering the phone and talking to possible tenants about a property she was renting. It took her an hour and a half to fill the nails, and that??s not including paint. She took me to the airbrush station and I asked her to put a small black star on each middle finger (which seemed easy compared to all the fancy airbrush designs they advertised) but she had to redo them three times, and they still did not look good, the black star was smeared but I didn??t have any more time (every time she redid the star she would have to take off the French manicure and clean out the machine). Finally after getting the black color everywhere she decided instead of redoing it again she would just paint white over the black, which looked pretty awful, it doesn??t take a genius to figure out, white does not "cover" black. Now 2hrs into it I was in a rush to leave and did not get a great look at everything. On the way home I started to noticing the white tips were bubbling and the bubbles rose to the surface and created small craters. And the craters caught dirt etc in them and looked like black spots. I had a wedding to go to that weekend, so I called the shop and told them about the problem, the owner said come in no problem she would fix for me. So the next day I came in, she was ready at her station with the nail polish remover. The first thing she did was look at it, and tell me it was my fault it was small dents from hitting things, I told her there was no way there was 20 dots per nail, then she said it was chemicals I must have used after I left there. I told her that was not it either considering this is the first time this has ever happened. She muttered a few sentenced (not in English) and started taking the polish off, after a couple nails she got upset and said it was taking to long and proceeded to get out the large electric nail file and grind the other 6 nails. Then used the buffer file as hard as she could. To make matters worse here we go back to the airbrush station. Before she started she proceeded to lecture me again about how this was the only time she was going to fix them for me and how "I" needed to be more careful...and on and on about how it wasn??t her fault. I kept my mouth shut (but I was getting very irritated, did she think I really wanted to come back after the 2hr visit the day before???) she turned the machine on which is loud so there was no talking then. Finally I had enough and told her that i thought the quality would matter to her, and that I didn??t buy the cheapest thing they had, I really wanted it to look good, and I had been coming here with no complaints and had even brought them business by my husband and mother in law coming here...then as if it wasn??t bad enough she told me "I do not need you come here lady....you no come here no more" and finish with a few more sentences...not in English...I told her to forget the stars since it was a huge problem before. As soon as she put the top coat on the nails started bubbling, I showed her the problem and she called two more ladies over to inspect the nails (especially the thumb) ...a bunch of back and forth talk not in English...as I was being inspected by one lady here comes the owner with nail polish remover....I said no no no, just forget it, I??m late for my sons practice now and want to get outa here asap...she does not care and grabs my thumb and takes the polish off again anyway...at this point I am really upset. so I sit through another nail spray and polish (it happened to be the top coat had expired) but she only fixed the thumb and went to the back room leaving another poor girl to "try" and smooth things over. She tried to make small talk while I was waiting for my nails to dry and said sorry...a little to late for a sorry (again not from the owner). About two weeks later my middle finger nail started to lift, when I pried the nail off I noticed ??my? nail had some green spots (the nail fungus) you here about and hopefully never have to experience. I will never go again no matter what. I just hope they do not do this to someone else and feel responsible to get my story out. Please do not use this place, there are plenty more places out there.

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and really liked the service and cheap prices but the last time i was in there I was getting a pedicure and the lady cut my nails too much and made me bleed. But the next part was even worse. I watched those people use the same tool that caused me to bleed on the next person getting a pedicure without cleaning it. YUK. Don't they know HIV and HEP C is contagious especially when you don't autoclave equipment that has blood on it. Ever since then I have refused to get any services from them. If you go there ask to see their autoclave equipment for sterilizing their instruments and if they deny then go somewhere else. It is the law to have this equipment and use it.
