I just had my car repaired at Marina Auto Body. The service was fantastic along with the body work. They were a pleasure to work with. Hopeful that I will never need body repair again, but if I do, I will be back

Good work, price is fair, and customer relations are tops. Leonard runs it, and is courteous and attentive. They have been around for 30 years. They handle the paperwork with the ins. company, too.

Living in the city I've needed to take my cars to Marina 5 or 6 times and every time has been a pleasure. The staff always finds the best way to do the repair, saving me thousands of dollars in one case. They handle all insurance papers, promptly quote the job, and always finish on time and on budget.
I decided to write a review because one of my employees was hit while driving my car so I needed to call Marina again. When looking on-line for the phone number I saw some negative reviews and had to share my experience. Now I've scheduled my latest repair and they're even ordering the necessary parts ahead of time, so the service will fit in my schedule.
If anyone has a problem with Marina it's probably their own attitude that set the tone. Also, it's no surprise if the new paint doesn't match the rest if there's 10 years of oxidization. Next time get the insurance company to approve a full paint job or spring for the difference yourself.

After being rear ended by a drunk driver, I took my car here for repair and repainting. Within a month cracks appeared in the repainted rear bumper, three months later the cracks spread across the entire bumper and the paint began to flake off completely. I took the car back thinking they'd immediately see the problem and arrange to correct it. Instead I was told that they wouldn't fix it, that the cracking was due to other cars tapping my bumper when parking on the street. Isn't that what a bumper is for!?

In short they told me that all cars bumpers flake like this (as if I'm blind and stupid). I've looked far and wide for any other car on the street with this problem and can't find even one. They lie rather than stand behind their work. I would never take a car to them again. Not sure what I can do now, once the check is signed over, they're done with you so caveat emptor!

A couple of years ago I was recommended to have my VW GTI door repaired at Marina Auto Body Repair after someone keyed it. My insurance, Nationwide, recommended them as a Blue Ribbon facility. I took my car in for the repair expecting it to be done right and was really upset to find that once my car was out in daylight that the paint did not match the rest of the car! it was off in various forms of daylight and looked terrible. They also did not remove door molding so the paint just stopped at the rubber. When I complained to my adjuster he met me at the shop and talked with the manager and the manager just whined that my car was too old to bother and that it had other old body work that just stopped at the rubber so he did not bother to take off the molding which would have made the repair cost more apparently. He was unwilling to repair the door properly after I complained! They just refunded three hundred dollars (big deal!) but that was not enough to ever get the door fixed right. I would NEVER take a car to them to fix anything ever again! And to top it off the guy was really a jerk.

I took my newly purchased used car in to this shop for some minor body work/repair and was very pleased with the service. The technicians were knowledgeable and experienced - one staff even pointing out that the car had been wrecked by a previous owner which could be seen by only an experienced eye - and he recommended an alignment. The work done was cosmetically sound and good as new! Reasonable rates but would even pay more for such a great result.

I repaired my car here after getting into an accident a few summers ago. They did a great job of quickly repairing the damage to my vehicle. It practically looked as good as new when they were done with it.

This place is highly recommended. They were done on time, and the staff was very friendly but at the same time very professsional.

Marina Auto Body has worked on two cars of mine (after accidents) and they did a great job both times. They're thorough and have made sure that all damage to my car, not just what the insurance adjuster saw, was listed on the claim. They're polite and friendly and my car always looked better than ever when they were done with it. They deliver on time and within the price quoted. I would go back to them again without a second thought.
