Cindy Wright, who has been tending to my mahogony locks for the better part of a decade, is not only art in motion herself, but motions a masterful expression of perfection in the art of color. Both classic and vogue in approach Cindy tends to the individuality of her clients. My profession is rather high profile requiring a specific elegant and easy look which, through careful cultivation and consistency, Cindy created and maintains. Just as important to Cindy as the overall free flowing loveliness of hair...is the overall health of the hair. I keep a standing monthly appointment (highly recommeded) with her.

I live in Santa Monica and work in Beverly Hills....and just want to tell you...the drive to Studio City is unquestionably worth the time and distance to have Cindy work on my hair. I consider myself quite fortunate to have been recommeded to her so many years ago.

Pros: stellar professionalism; confident and at ease

Cons: nothing I can think of.

It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Coif 2. My husband and I have been going to Cindy (the owner) for about three years and we love her work. My color is beautiful and I love my cut. I get compliments on my hair all the time. My husband has been searching for the perfect cut and he feels he has found it. The salon is cozy, spottless and conveniently located next to Aroma Cafe so there is great coffee right next door.

Coif 2 is simply the best. The atmosphere is cozy yet sophisticated. The hair stylists and colorists are first rate. I have gone to Coif 2 for years and recommend it highly.

I am very picky when it comes to getting my hair done. Especially the color. I want it to be what I want. It took me a few years to find Cindy and Coif 2 at the recommondation from a stylist I work with, and I will never go anywhere else. My color alway looks hot and Cindy knows how to cut my hair so that it looks great and I don't have to do a whole lot to it unless I want to. Wash and dry and it looks great. Or I can iron style it too. Love Cindy. I always get great comments on my hair since I've been going to Coif

Nice area, nice salon. I found it to be expensive and they really pressed me on the tip. Isn't tipping at your discretion?

Everyone who works at Coif 2 really treats their customers like gold, and you never will be talked into doing a style you don't want to do. Everyone walks out looking gorgeous.

Cindy Wright, the owner of Coif, has been cutting and coloring my hair since I moved to LA 13 years ago - when she worked out of Jonathan's salon. Several Hollywood locations later, she's now created a classic neighborhood salon on the groovy shopping and hanging out scene of Tujunga in Valley Village. Everytime I walk in there, I feel welcomed, and there's so much laughter and smiling going on, rather than any of the pretention of the other side of the Cahuenga Pass. But the cuts and color are still the best in town - I consistently get compliments on my hair, all the time, even weeks after I've been there. And I always feel better after my visits - attractive, rejuvenated, stylin'. I love walking out of Coif and seeing the heads turn even as I head back to my car.

I'd been going to Cindy Wright, the owner of Coif 2 for years when she owned and operated the original Coif in West Hollywood. Living in the Valley, I was so happy when she opened Coif 2 on the hip and happenin' part of Tunjunga Blvd., south of Moorpark. The salon is quite adorable, situated in a courtyard and she has a great group of talented (and nice) stylists. Cindy gives a great cut and color- I've recommended her to loads of people who are now faithful followers.
Plus, everyone that I've seen when leaving the salon look fabulous and happy!

Charming salon without the attitude. It is bright set back in a courtyard setting. The stylist there give wonderful information on products without the pressure.

I'm usually the kind of guy who hates getting a haircut. I seldom go back to the same place twice because I seldom get a cut that I dig. Not so with Coif 2. This place rules. I go in. I tell them roughly what I want. They tell me what they think & I say go for it. That simple. They know what they're doing. You will leave happy & looking better than when you went in.
