Very dissapointed with this place.

Had to special order a cable for my lawn mower and that's how my adventure wth these guys began. Was charged over $20 for a cable and even charged me full shipping cost. I was quoted 3 day delivery and it took them 2 weeks to get the part. Not a big deal it happens. This next part is really where they lost my business and prompted me to type a negative review. I took the part home and got it installed. It was very easy and had done it before. The cable was the wrong one so I took it back. When I get there the owner (Javier) kept trying to wash his hands from the deal. He told me that I gave them the wrong model. I told him that we brought in the machine and it was him who created the order after confirming the model that he copied from my machine. In the end he was unable to give me the correct cable which he has in stock and drilled a hole to fit the incorect cable to my machine. In spanish we call those fixes "chicanadas" and they are usually offered as alternative to help you out and they are free. Not at Javier's! He dared charged me $15 for a hole that he drilled in one minute, he even dared to say "it's just 15 dollars". Yup I didn't say anything to the old man out of respect, but getting charged for an error you and your business made is not fair. Next time save a customer, accept your mistakes. Growing some "huevitos" would be a start. So long main street so long Javiers lawnmower shop today you lost more than just one customer.

3 visits and almost $200.00 later the machine still will not stay on. The last visit I was told that I may need to overhaul the carburetor, not sure why I was not told that on the original quote.

I took my weed wacker there after I had changed the spark plug and the air filter. It would not stay running. I was charged $30 for the diagnosis and it would be put toward the repair.
They told me I needed a tune up replacing the air filter and the spark plug. If they would have checked it out!!! The spark plug and the air filter are the easiest to reach and they would have known they were brand new.
They stole $30 from me!!!
They gave me a $90 estimate on a $125 weed wacker.
I was expecting $30 -$50
I paid $75 to get my truck tuned up

What a find! I got everything I needed when I started to do my lawns by myself. My mower is like new and he does not sell you things just for the sake of it. A good family business like the old days
