Consider this BEFORE you buy. I purchased a BMW M6 convertable and my sister purchased me a small gift because she knew I liked the car so much. She purchased an original BMW t-shirt from the accessories store in the dealership. Nice present but it was one size too small. I went to exchange for a larger size and waited at the parts counter while they ran the shirt thru their computer. I had seen the EXACT shirt with the same tags on their shelf! They said the shirt was not purchased at their dealership and would not make the exchange (Good call John Bernal parts manager). Funny you have no problem taking my money to service my $130,000 car but you cannot exchange a $20 t-shirt. Shame on you and your whole operation.

0-half a star if I could. Buyer beware. As a customer, I'm writing this review as a warning other potential customers. My 2007 BMW was purchased July 2011 with 60,000 miles as a certified pre owned. 2 months into this car, the hoses on the radiator needed to be replaced. On the 3rd month, the car was consuming 4-5 quarts of oil after a oil change. I was told by the service writer "BMW's are known for needing about a quart of oil at times you fill your tank with gas." Really? After a month of complaining to them, they serviced the car and found it was a bad gasket on the oil filter. Within 5 months of having this car, it was not holding a battery charge and I was getting a error message, "Battery Depleted". The not so wonderful service writers response was, "BMW's battery's need to be charged with a battery tender every night, even if you drive the car 70 miles a day. And I can sell you one for $70." At this point I lost all trust in my service writer and took my car to another shop and they tested the battery and told me it needed to be replaced. I then took my car back to BMW of Valencia and spoke only with the service manager. They tested the battery and replaced. A few months latter, the tires were not holding air. I took the car in for services for a oil change and to check the tires. I was told by the service writter, "when the tire tread gets low the air will leak out and I needed new tires. And I can sell you them , with a alinement at $2400." The price so high since I was told I dont have a spare tire. Guess what? This car does have a spare. I bought new tires at another place, starting to loose all trust in this dealership. Then a few months after, the car was consuming a lot of oil again, the new services writer came up with another lame excuse and released the car to me. Jumping to just a few months ago, I was checking the fluids on the BMW and found a great loss of oil and oil sludge in the coolant. I took the car back to the dealership and spoke with a new service manager. They checked the car and replaced the radiator and the water pump and said their is now issue with the oil and engine. I also had them check the tires and wheels and, as they were still not holding air and was told by the service manager "3 of the 4 wheels have cracks in them and this is a road hazard not covered, you must have hit a pot hole." I spoke with the general manager and asked him to replace the wheels and honor the warranty until 100,000 miles after all I have been through with this dealership, but was denied. The general manager said "I will sell you some new wheels and a extended warranty at a discounted price." I have not heard back from him and have left messages for 2 weeks straight. This is the last place you would want to do business with. Pre owned certified to them, means the car was washed by the previous owner when it was turned in.

Obviously you can see all the bad reviews online...I had a very bad experience with their service department and their outrageous prices!! Do yourself a favor and don't go there....

Do not take your car here if you have problems, this dealership full of liars, and cheaters. Do no trust them.

Warning! Do not use this dealership! Their response time and service department is a joke. We have had nothing but drama with this dealership and we have owned the car for 1 day. The car's radiator light came on within 24 hours of bringing the car home. We weren't even approved by the bank yet so they towed the vehicle back to bmw...Then they try to tell us it's going to cost $700 for a cracked coolant tank. We refused to pay so they picked up the bill. Then they tell us we are approved once we tell them we are no longer interested in the vehicle. We have no choice but to take the car. They had the car for four days in service. We received the car on Tuesday and my husband takes the car home and that night goes to put something in the trunk and sees that the side panel in the trunk is missing. Steve in service says their department doesn't have it. ARe you kidding me? They have the car for four days and it was there when we had the car. Now it's gone and they don't have it. Then he proceeds to call my husband back and let him know the price on the panel. They must be crazy if they think we are going to pay for something they lost . THis place is a joke. How can you run your business like this? If you enjoy DRAMA, this is the dealership for you!

My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW for service because it was closer to home.
The car had brand new tires but 2 months later, the computer indicated that the car had a flat tire so my husband took the car to Valencia BMW. They replaced the tire and my husband drove off but the computer still indicated that he had a flat tire. My husband immediately called the dealership to relay the problem and the dealership asked him to return. My husband went back and they adjusted the computer so it no longer indicated a flat tire.
A few days later, the car's computer indicated that it had a flat tire again. My husband went back to the same dealer and now the service department said that the rim had to be replaced for $1,100. It wasn't a flat tire to begin with but a rim problem yet they did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly. When the service department was questioned, they said, ??We don't check, we only replace tires.? This was totally absurd and very frustrating! Now my husband's car is getting the rim replaced besides paying $506 for a new tire that wasn't the problem to begin with. The car has been with the dealership for a week waiting to be repaired.
This whole ordeal has costs us unnecessary tire replacement, inconvenience and a total waste of time. This service department does not know what real "customer service" means. There is NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Their customer service DID NOT MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATION. The quality of their customer service is TOTALLY FLAWED or NONEXISTENT. Therefore, we DO NOT RECOMMEND Valencia BMW service department to anyone.

I bought my first BMW here at a great price. They do not try to convince you to buy a car or call you like you just broke up with them if you do not buy the same day.
The staff are SUPER courteous and accommodating.
Once your warranty expires you may want to shop around for service because the service is pricey. The CLEANEST car repair garage I have ever seen.

Since this was my first BMW, I had some questions about the car after I took it home - especially with the many electronic gadgets in the dashboard. Their staff always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. When I brought my car in for its scheduled maintenance, the service department had all the work finished on time. I would definitely recommend Valencia BMW to prospective car buyers.

I have bought many BMWs from this BMW center, and will continue to do so. Not only are the sales people friendly, they are aslo the best at making great deals. They conisistently offer better deals than all of the other BMW Centers within a 30 mile radius. I would not purchase a BMW from any other dealership
