I just LOVE this business. The people are so friendly, and they find qualified nanny's, to watch your precious little bean's! They do all the foot work for you- all the nanny's are screened. There is a fee to hire a nanny thru them, but- if you are seeking to BE a nanny, there is no fee. Some requirments such as getting finger printed, and screened- etc is needed. I was actually employed by Mommyworks, and if I was ever in need of a Nanny, this is the first stop I'd make!
PROS: Foot work done for you. Nanny's have already been screened.
CONS: Minimal fee
