Had a last minute project that was kind of complicated. They were able to get it done in short amount of time with only minor issues. Only place around that was open late and willing to take in my project. Will definitely go back again.

We have been a corporate account at this location for over two years. In the past six months, one out of every three orders has an error. They missed four delivery commitments on the last order we gave them last week. If you need a "must have error-free" job, this is NOT the place to count on. Unfortunatley, we have been put into a position where we need to look into an alternative resource to meet our needs.

I like Fedex, and I like Kinkos. But, after the merge, this location (on California Ave.) became a mismanaged mess. They have never been able to get a job completed on time (incompetent staff, broken machines, etc.). I always have to talk to a manager to get basic information and insurance that my job will be completed on time.
If you are there to make your own copies, I guess there are fewer issues. But, I have witnessed other people having problems getting available staff to help them when they have questions about operating the machines. And then there are the lines...

A very convenient place to do all the copying and printing you need. There is also a digital picture printer that is self-serve. However, beware of going late at night, when there are few staff and lots of printing jobs for them to finish. Not the greatest service then. If you're a student, be sure to bring your ID for the 25% student discount. Also, they often have photo albums and stationary on clearance for really cheap. Overall a great place.
